In case of cancellation due to Covid-19 you can be refunded 100% . In case of cancellation within 15 DAYS from the start date of the Trip you will be refunded 70% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of cancellation less than 15 DAYS from the start date of the trip you will not be entitled to any refund.
Whenever you want : the check-in time is flexible, once booked you can agree on the time you prefer.

Where you want : You can choose whether to collect / deliver the camper near the airport, the port, or the city center, if you need to collect or deliver in other places contact us

In the event of an accident : If damage occurs with a third party, the traveler must complete the amicable finding form specifying the circumstances and the damage caused. If damage occurs without an identified third party, or against a fixed body, the traveler must send us a detailed statement of the facts. If the traveler is able to continue the journey, upon returning the vehicle, you will need to complete the vehicle inspection sheet indicating all damage caused.

In case of breakdown or immobilization of the vehicle : The traveler must first contact roadside assistance, the details of which are shown on the insurance certificate provided before departure. In the event of a breakdown or accident that causes the vehicle to stop, roadside assistance will arrange for transport to the nearest authorized workshop.​
