The insurance deductible is the maximum amount to be paid by the traveler for each accident caused. If the damage caused by the accident exceeds the amount of the excess, the relevant insurance will intervene to cover the difference between the total damage and the amount of the excess payable by the traveler.

The security deposit required for booking is the amount blocked on a credit card during the trip. This value can be deducted up to 30 days after delivery of the vehicle in the event of damage, fines or tolls.

In the event that the transaction is not successful 13 days before the scheduled date of collection, the reservation will be automatically canceled and you will not be entitled to receive the amount paid for the reservation (30% of the total) up to that date.

If you are found to be responsible for one or more damages during your trip, you will need to pay the amount of the repairs on presentation of a quote or invoice. This amount may be subject to the insurance deductible applied.

In case of damage to the vehicle, it is necessary to report any damage to the owner by telephone and complete the vehicle inspection card indicating the damage that occurred during the trip.

With self check-in you have all the flexibility you want to collect and return the vehicle, our standard times are from 14:30 onwards for check-in and by 11:00 for check-out.
